توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع كاشير النورس (Nowras POS) البيانات ويستخدمها ويحميها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه.
1. ما نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب: اسم النشاط، رقم الجوال، أسماء المستخدمين، وكلمات المرور (محفوظة مشفّرة بطريقة لا يمكن عكسها).
- بيانات منشأتك: ما تُدخله أنت في النظام: المنتجات، الفواتير، العملاء، الموردون، المصروفات، والبيانات الضريبية للمنشأة. أنت المسؤول عنها بصفتك «جهة التحكم»، ونحن نعالجها نيابة عنك لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
- بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، عنوان IP، وسجلات تشغيل لازمة للأمان وإصلاح الأخطاء.
- بيانات الاستخدام: الصفحات التي تُفتح وطريقة استخدام الشاشات (انظر «أدوات القياس»).
2. لماذا نستخدمها
- تقديم الخدمة وتشغيلها ومزامنة البيانات بين أجهزتك وفروعك.
- التحقق من رقم الجوال واستعادة كلمة المرور برسائل نصية.
- الفوترة الإلكترونية: إرسال فواتيرك إلى هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك عند ربط نقاط البيع.
- تحصيل الاشتراك عبر مزودي الدفع، والرد على طلبات الدعم الفني.
- تحسين النظام وقياس الإعلانات (بيانات مجمّعة وغير شخصية).
3. مع من نشاركها
لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا. نشاركها فقط مع مزودين يعملون لتقديم الخدمة، وبالقدر اللازم:
- Cloudflare (الاستضافة والتشغيل).
- مزود الرسائل النصية (إرسال رموز التحقق).
- ميسر وتمارا (الدفع؛ بيانات البطاقة تُدخل لديهم مباشرة ولا تصل إلينا).
- هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (الفواتير الإلكترونية عند ربطك).
- Google وMicrosoft (أدوات القياس أدناه).
- الجهات الحكومية عند طلب نظامي.
4. أدوات القياس وملفات تعريف الارتباط
- Google Analytics 4: لمعرفة الصفحات الأكثر استخدامًا بشكل مجمّع، مع إخفاء جزء من عنوان IP وإيقاف الإشارات الإعلانية. لا نرسل إليه أسماء أو أرقام جوالات أو بيانات عملائك.
- قياس تحويلات Google Ads: لمعرفة أن تسجيلًا تم من إعلان، دون إرسال بياناتك الشخصية.
- Microsoft Clarity: لفهم كيف تُستخدم الشاشات (النقرات والتمرير). داخل النظام نخفي كل النصوص في التسجيلات، فلا تظهر أسماء ولا أرقام ولا مبالغ.
- يمكنك إيقافها بحظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط من الطرف الثالث في متصفحك، أو بإضافة إيقاف Google Analytics الرسمية، ولن يؤثر ذلك على عمل النظام.
5. الحفظ والأمان
تُحفظ البيانات لدى مزود الاستضافة مع تشفير الاتصال، ولكل منشأة مخزن بيانات مستقل. كلمات المرور مشفّرة، ورموز التحقق مؤقتة ومحدودة المحاولات. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال اشتراكك وبعده بالمدة التي يلزمنا بها النظام (كالسجلات الضريبية)، ثم تُحذف.
6. حقوقك
لك حق الاطلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وطلب نسخة منها (التصدير متاح داخل النظام)، وطلب حذفها، والعدول عن الموافقة على أدوات القياس. للتقديم استخدم نموذج «الدعم الفني» داخل النظام، ونرد في أقرب وقت.
7. التحديثات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة ونعلن التحديث في النظام أو هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.
Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nowras POS (كاشير النورس) collects, uses and protects data, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations.
1. What we collect
- Account data: business name, mobile number, user names, and passwords (stored with one-way hashing).
- Your business data: what you enter: products, invoices, customers, suppliers, expenses and the business’s tax details. You are its controller; we process it on your behalf only to provide the service.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address and operational logs needed for security and fixing errors.
- Usage data: pages opened and how screens are used (see “Measurement tools”).
2. Why we use it
- To provide and run the service and sync data between your devices and branches.
- To verify your mobile number and recover passwords by SMS.
- E-invoicing: sending your invoices to ZATCA once your points of sale are linked.
- To charge subscriptions through payment providers and answer support requests.
- To improve the system and measure advertising (aggregated, non-personal data).
3. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with providers that help run the service, as far as needed:
- Cloudflare (hosting and operation).
- Our SMS provider (verification codes).
- Moyasar and Tamara (payments; card details are entered with them directly and never reach us).
- ZATCA (e-invoices, once you link).
- Google and Microsoft (the measurement tools below).
- Government authorities when legally required.
4. Measurement tools and cookies
- Google Analytics 4: aggregated page usage, with IP anonymisation and Google signals off. We never send it names, mobile numbers or your customers’ data.
- Google Ads conversion measurement: to know a sign-up came from an ad, without your personal data.
- Microsoft Clarity: to understand how screens are used (clicks, scrolling). Inside the app every text is masked in recordings: no names, numbers or amounts appear.
- You can opt out by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or installing Google’s official Analytics opt-out add-on; the system keeps working.
5. Storage and security
Data is kept with our hosting provider over encrypted connections, with a separate data store per business. Passwords are hashed; verification codes are short-lived with limited attempts. We keep data for as long as you subscribe and afterwards for the periods the law requires (such as tax records), then delete it.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, get a copy of (export is available in the app) and ask to delete your data, and withdraw consent to measurement tools. Use the in-app technical support form; we reply as soon as we can.
7. Updates
We may update this policy and announce it in the app or on this page with the date of the last update.
